William Libman started The Libman Company in 1896 with one mission in mind: to make the finest, most durable wire-wound corn brooms. William’s sons, grandsons and great grandchildren have since expanded that mission to include the finest mops, brooms, brushes and cleaning tools.
Libman needed to connect better with their customers online. We began by refreshing their website, then integrated and aligned their social media and digital advertising to create a seamless customer experience.
More wholesale than retail, Libman’s website served as a learning resource for company information, product descriptions, and retail locations. We recommended a carousel on the homepage that showcased various products along with product tips and cleaning hacks. Customers were encouraged to visit their product catalog and search nearby retailers for purchases.
MEET THE GRIME FIGHTERS
Inspired by classic superheroes and the vengeful protagonist in Kill Bill, we developed a team of characters called The Libman Grime Fighters, each armed with different abilities in fighting the war on grime.
Alexa “The Perfecter” – always discovering breakthroughs in fighting grime. If there’s a new mess to clean up, “The Perfecter” is the first one on the scene.
Dave “The Resolver” – a craftsman, he always has the answer to keep any project from turning into a mess.
Janice “The Tipster” – has a lot of tricks up her sleeve, always ready to do battle with the toughest grime throws her way.

Seasonal Facebook Tabs were created to increase engagement by showcasing each Grime Fighter, leveraging their expertise and abilities in real-world applications.
